John Campopiano: If homeless can camp in parks, why not rest of us?

I recently noticed that Camp Enslen (Enslen Park) and Camp Graceada (Graceada Park) are open for long-term camping – at least for the homeless. In fairness, I would like my RV club (12 members) to be able to park our RVs on the lawn of Enslen Park. There is certainly enough room for 12 RVs and maybe 30 tents to camp throughout the summer. Or would the homeless residents object? Come on Mayor Marsh, clean up our parks!
