David Shirk: New bike trail dirtier, rougher, already “decorated”
Regarding the new section of the Virginia Trail: It is rougher and dirtier. The slant doesn’t make any difference. Why is the surface different from the previous sections? It costs millions of dollars and you can’t get it right? And, oh by the way, I noticed some graffiti already on the new section.
