Chris Henry: Bee’s list forgot the most important Father on his day

Re “Father’s Day: Not sure what to do for Dad? Try our A-to-Z guid for fun activities” (Page A1, June 20): I enjoyed reading some of the things listed that families could do for dads, listed A to Z. But there was something missing from the list. Maybe I’m alone here, but aren’t there any other dads who’d like to spend time with their family at C for Church? Your article listed C for Croquet. Croquet? Really? And while I enjoy a P for Picnic, on a hot June day I’d rather stay inside and pray with my kids.

Finally, the absolute last thing I want to do on Father’s Day is get buzzed or worse by doing some W for Wine-tasting. For this father, and many like me, I feel there’s nothing more important than teaching my family to W – Worship Jesus Christ on a day like this. So next time, let’s not leave God out of Father’s Day. After all, He’s the original Father.
