Joe Minnis: Doesn’t trust city to spend money wisely
I will not vote for a tax increase based on just one reason. Ustach Junior High needs to slow traffic. Modesto’s mayor and city council have a solution. A $270,000 roundabout when four stop signs would accomplish the same thing! Way to go Modesto.
