Angela Jaurequi: Homeless have ruined Enslen Park
Enslen Park in downtown Modesto used to be a nice, quiet park for families and dog owners to walk their dogs. Now it’s a place for the homeless to day camp, every day! We’ve witnessed animal abuse, drug abuse and assault. Calling the police does nothing! Countless times there have been officers there to no avail. It is an eyesore to the community.
