Juan Carlos Schmidtkamp: Farmers should let their lawns turn brown, too
I have decided to let my lawn go brown. It looks terrible. If it dies off I will need to spend thousands to replace it with alternative landscaping. I also love to take drives through our beautiful countryside on summer evenings. There are many beautiful homes that were built with the profits of almonds and milk. I failed to find a single one with a brown lawn.
