Mike Kennedy: If I have my own well, must I follow county’s watering rules?
Two things: First, I love The Bee’s new format. Great choice!
Second, we live in an unincorporated area of Stanislaus county and we have our own private well. Are we required to water just twice a week? If so, when? Also, how will this be enforced and what are the fines?
