Steve Crifasi: Cleveland helping criminals in battle against cops

I just figured out how to eliminate most of the violent crime in California. Ship all felons to Cleveland, Ohio. After hearing about all the restriction the city of Cleveland has imposed on their police department, you could almost get away with murder. Of course this makes people like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson very happy. It gives criminals an upper hand over law enforcement. Oh, and let’s not forget our great president who keeps trying to level the playing field between criminals and law enforcement. If I was a cop in Cleveland, I would tell the city where they could put their new regulations!
