Moises Nerio: Water company should tell us when they’re digging
We are having problems with the water company for the past few months. They have been digging around the 95358 zip code (west of Modesto). They never tell us or advise us; they’re making a big mess with the dust, and on top of that they cut the water supply to the houses, leaving sick people with no water to clean up. If they could advise us, we can collect water from the previous day.
