William J. Gibbons: Bee should write more clearly
Re “Police aim to educate public, derail thieves” (Page B1, May 17): The recent article in The Bee recounted the police search for a fleeing suspect. It stated the suspect “was found by a police dog hiding in a garbage can.” How the dog knew the suspect would be coming his way is remarkable enough, but to have the cunning to lie in wait in a garbage can is truly amazing.
