John Kilcoyne: Neighbors helped them after well went dry

You can’t read the paper now days without reading all sorts of ideas on handling the drought, how to use the water we have and sending water to our southern so-called neighbors. Our well went dry a year ago and we recently drilled a new one, but for a year we received water from our neighbors – Gary and Linda Thompson – whom we can’t thank enough. I just don’t believe the people in L.A. take this drought seriously. But that’s were the votes are, and they will get what the want.
