Robert Sample: Before you fine me, stop water sales to Southern California

Well, well the city has now come up with a new way to gain more revenue. Even as they continue to sell water to Southern California we can now report our neighbors if their lawn looks too green. Now the city can fine these folks up to $500. Isn’t wonderful, they not only make money off the water they sell, but now can make more off of the rest of us. The next thing you know they will be offering rewards for turning in your neighbor. I think Southern California needs to worry about their own water problems without us being done in to provide for them. Stop all water sales to Southern California and quit worrying about fish. Next thing you know we will be getting fined if we go to bed too late.
