Robert L. Reis: Property managers won’t keep cats from messing up lawn
I have been having a issue with stray cats crapping on my common area lawn. The heat has made it impossible to keep our doors open since the smell filters into my house. My homeowners association has refused to call animal control or give me any assistance at all. My neighbor and I have small children who cannot go out to play.
