News flash! A red traffic signal will not stop a moving vehicle! Neither will a stop sign! Would you hop the fence at the running of the bulls in Pamplona without taking a good hard look, checking to see if it’s safe? Just because you have the “right of way” is not a good reason to enter an intersection. When you’ve confirmed that you can enter without hitting, or being hit by, someone else is when you should proceed. Some with whom we share the road are unpredictable. Give driving your undivided attention.
