Laura Scarborough: Where has Eggman been while others were running?

So just in time for the DCCC endorsement, Michael Eggman tosses his hat into the ring for CD-10. Hooray?

All due respect, but while Eggman was recovering from his second loss in 2016 and directing his focus elsewhere this past year, Democrats throughout this district have come together working to call out Jeff Denham on his broken promises and the votes that serve his backers and hurt this Valley. We have been marching, protesting and registering voters and getting to know candidates for CD-10 – candidates who have been doing the hard work alongside us.

All the current Democratic candidates have reached out to progressive groups from Turlock, Modesto, Patterson, Manteca and Tracy. They have met face to face in our homes and meeting places outlining visions and plans of what this District needs. They have been listening to us.

Eggman will need to do the same as well as convince us his third run will be different. This is not us trying to bully him into kissing our rings; it is what we voters deserve and have received from candidates.
