Lorraine Goff: Ripon needs to enforce water rules
The city of Ripon has the attitude that we must all have green lawns! When you report to public works that water is running all the way across the road at the parks, the answer is the wind is blowing!
Ripon Christian High School waters every day, but it’s OK since they are on well water! The rest of us cannot water on Mondays!
The residents of this town need to check the sprinklers they are using! There is more water running down the gutters than on the grass. I hear new houses are all going to have swimming pools! I have discovered that cement does not grow!
I hope the city council will see that the water rules get enforced by all.
