Mike Tekautz: Who allowed this landfill at the end of Briggsmore?
I must have missed the recent changes in the zoning code. The south side of Briggsmore Avenue, between Oakdale and Lakewood, is now a landfill! How convenient. Is there nothing the city of Modesto can do about this disgusting eyesore? It has looked neglected for months on end. Water, Wealth, Contentment, Health ... and Garbage.
