Nicole Martin: Voting for Measure T helps police, deputies do their jobs

I agree with Police Chief Galen Carroll: Marijuana users should pay the cost of their habit. Let’s tax the cannabis businesses so the police department and sheriff’s office have enough money to keep the bad operators and cartels out of our area. This is not something we can screw up.
