Oakdale Irrigation District’s division two includes areas within both Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. As a resident of the Escalon area, and a member of the board of directors for the South San Joaquin Irrigation District, Division 1, I fully support the re-election of Herman Doornenbal to the OID board.
