Daniel Conrad: Gilman will work for the everyday ratepayers
With the out of control compensation, high electric bills, and a terrible roll out of the new payment system, it is clear that we need a change on the Modesto Irrigation District Board of Directors. I’ve known Stu Gilman many years, and know him as a man of integrity and someone willing to commit the time and energy it takes to make a difference. I believe that with Stu on MID Board of Directors we will have someone to fight for the everyday ratepayers and make changes in an organization in desperate need of change.
