Veronica Maldonado: Tired of high bills, hidden charges? Vote for Gilman

I’m tired of paying extremely high Modesto Irrigation District electrical bills and reading in The Modesto Bee of high wages, non-transparency and lack of outreach by the district. We need change. I’m urging voters to vote for Stu Gilman for MID, Division 4.
