Kelly Monk: Gilman will provide relief for MID electric ratepayers
I support Stu Gilman for MID director. Stu is a local businessman and family man. He has the best interest of all involved with Modesto Irrigation District. Stu will fight for water rights while focusing on electric ratepayers. Ratepayers drive MID revenue and we deserve to be recognized and relieved from rate increases.
