Todd Heinrich: Wenger has made MID better and protected our water
We, the members of the Wood Colony Community Association Leadership Team, support Jake Wenger for MID Director 2017. Jake is a vibrant part of the Wood Colony community and has a passion for farming, our water and the community of Modesto. Jake has taken great strides in his position as MID director by working to keep rates low by eliminating waste, participating in drought programs, pursuing fiscal responsibility and fighting to keep our water here where it belongs.
We all know Modesto’s slogan is “Water Wealth Contentment Health” as it is emblazoned on our famous arch. Even way back in 1912, the Modesto community put water first. Without water, you’ll be hard pressed to find the other three.
We encourage you to re-elect Jake Wenger who will challenge the state water grab and who will fight to keep our community healthy and prosperous. Vote for Jake.
