Judith Ranheim: Brown worries about diapers as lives go up in smoke?

While California is ravaged with wildfires, dozens of residents have died and many more are missing, hundreds of firefighters are risking their lives, thousands of homes and businesses have been destroyed and millions of dollars of revenue and value lost. Yet, Gov. Jerry Brown poses with the Women’s Caucus as he signs a bill to require taxpayers to help pay for baby diapers and women’s sanitary products. Shameful, Governor, shameful!
