Mark Mendonsa: No one on Fox ever accused of lying
Letters accusing Fox News of lying keep appearing, but never has one example been cited. Conversely, besides NBC Brian Williams, MSNBC hosts Keith Olbermann, Martin Bashir and Ed Shultz have either been disciplined or released for, well, inaccuracies. None of them compare to the race-baiting tax-cheating Al Sharpton.
All of them will tout the re-coronation of the high priest and priestess of prevarication – Bill and Hillary. Their decades-long family tree of “gates” now includes “servergate.” How many more Benghazi secrets lie in her den? What could be revealed in the brewing Clinton Global Foundation scandal? Google Tony Rodham (Hillary’s brother) and Haitian gold mine, which provoked an anti-Clinton demonstration in New York.
If things get any hotter, expect Hillary to pull a Sharpton. Rev. Al ran for NYC mayor (1996) and president (2004). In both instances there were “suspicious” campaign office fires just days before his financial disclosures were due. If I were the Clinton’s insurer, I’d be a little edgy.
