Brian O’Bannon: All those flags on Ladd Road made my Fourth of July better
I was driving to work on the Fourth of July and could not miss the flags along Ladd Road, west of Riverbank. They started from McHenry and went beyond Dale Road. The flags were on every power and telephone pole, gently waving as cars drove by. Being a patriotic veteran myself, this sight was certainly heartwarming and made my day and likely did many others. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the group of people who did this.
