Beverly Herrero-Hart: Some men will never show women any respect

Some men express disrespect toward women. Fear and lack of self-esteem cause people to degrade others. Cowards and bullies seem to outnumber those men who know how to be true gentlemen. How shameful that every branch of our government and places of employment have to contend with such disgraceful behavior toward women or anyone else.
