Jim Nixon: One call to Denham’s office and my 18 months of frustration with Army ended

I struggled for nearly a year and a half with the Army Review Boards Agency to get my Army discharge papers corrected to reflect medals I was awarded in Vietnam. One call to Rep. Jeff Denham’s office, and my records were corrected within a month. This means a lot to me, particularly in the current era of so much stolen valor. Now my ancestors can check and see that the medals I have on the wall were, in fact, earned. Thank you Jeff Denham’s office.
