Alice Garcia: Hillary guilty of violating employment rules
Is Hillary Clinton guilty? Sure she is. Guilty of violating the code form 109, State Department regulation of departure.
Did she have a security debriefing? It is mandatory. If not, why not.
All separating employees must be advised of the applicable laws on the protection and disclosures of classified and unclassified information regarding official government business.
Did she sign all documents when she was debriefed? If not, why not?
Government code 109 says: “I am not retaining in my possession, custody or control documents or material containing classified or administratively control information furnished to me during the course of such employment including my diaries, memorandums of conversation or other documents of a personal nature.”
Hillary, is not qualified to be the first woman president. Honesty is something she does not possess. Remember, the Clintons are not above the law; neither is your local government.
You can search this on the internet. Look at all the money that is given to the Clintons for their foundation from foreign countries. I wonder what the promise is? Let’s not give America to the United Nations and the new world order she won’t reveal.
