Scott Goss: Charging more for water doesn’t create any more of it

My wife asked a question the other day. If we’re so short on water, how does charging more for water, make more water? It’s simple, I told her. It’s not about making more water, it’s all about a few rich people making more money. Not about the drought, or saving water; it’s about greed. So don’t conserve water, just charge more for it.

If you look around you’ll see it everywhere, like gasoline prices. People used to have integrity.
