John Watson: Is former MID board member Lyons getting special treatment?
Could someone answer me a question? Why is Billy Lyons able to sell water to San Francisco? Could it be he used his power as a MID board member to make sure he could have all the water runoff? Therefore he built big ponds to hold the water. Does this action fall under conflict of interest? Why can’t MID recycle this water? Bay area water charges are the highest ever; is it because they must pay Billy?
