Michael Rollins: She got caught speeding, end of story
Re “Tickets ‘wreak havoc’ on poor” (Page B1, March 9): I really think Debbie Larson should file a class-action lawsuit against all car manufacturers because it is their fault she was speeding along I-5. Surely is was not her fault. I cannot believe The Modesto Bee gave this much space to this kind of story. Her issue could have been 100 percent avoided by driving under the posted speed limit. She was speeding, she got caught, it happens; end of story.
