Douglas Dean: Turn on your lights in the rain; it’s the law

Here it is, years after the law was enacted, and I can’t believe how many morons still drive around in the rain without their headlights on, or with only their parking or fog lights turned on. I guess they figure that’s good enough. But it’s not. Driving around in the rain with your headlights turned on is a simple and safe thing to do, and these scofflaws who do otherwise are just another fine example of “Stupid is as stupid does.”
