Efren Martinez: All that rain but little flooding, thanks to street crews

As my wife and I traveled the streets of Modesto during the second week of January, we couldn’t help but notice what a great job our city – and especially our city street workers – were doing to keep the drains flowing and flooding down to a minimum. Thank you, city of Modesto street workers and sand baggers. Both my wife and I appreciate your relentless hard work and a job well done in keeping our streets safely passable during the recent windy storms.
