Dennis Bradford: Why have California gas prices risen so fast?
I have two kids who live in a small town in Texas. Gas prices there have only increased 6 cents in the last several weeks. In Modesto gas prices have increased more than $1 in the last three weeks. Why? The new “cap & trade” pollution tax isn’t supposed to be more than 75 cents per gallon. Our good old trustworthy California government wouldn’t lie to us, would they?
