Linda James: Why should those on welfare get their bags for free?
I am upset to think they passed the law to make us pay for plastic bags. Why are people on welfare excluded from having to pay 10 cents? That’s wrong. If I forget my reusable bags and I am on a limited income, then give me a break; or the it to senior citizens. If one has to pay, then make it that way across the board.
