Linda Lagace: Can’t we change the channel from this awful reality show?

Each day it gets worse. A chief adviser who espouses misogynism, racism and homophobia. An Attorney General appointee so racist he was unacceptable for appointment to a federal judgeship. An education appointee with no experience in the classroom whose objective is to destroy public education. A tax plan that favors the rich and burdens the poor. An EPA appointee who denies climate change. The repeal of the Dodd Frank Act that was designed to address the banking practices leading to the 2008 depression. A vice president whose aim is the destruction of the hard-won gains made in gay’s and women’s rights. Etc. etc. etc. The swamp is being filled with lobbyists, Wall Street cronies and sniveling sycophants.

A totally inexperienced president elect who can’t schedule his time effectively enough to attend the briefings offered to an incoming president. I want to click this reality show off but someone has stolen my remote.
