Pamela Woods: In mourning for what was once a free nation
The Statue of Liberty no longer represents our country – Donald Trump doesn’t like minorities and immigrants who are already here, so we certainly don’t want to encourage more! I suppose that once he gets rid of the statue the island will become a terrific location for his latest hotel. This will send our new message: if you’re not white, and don’t support Trump, you’re not welcome. I mourn for our country.
