Bill Wood: Don’t count on marijuana windfall, we’ll need more police

Now that Proposition 64 has passed, all of the people who weren’t clever enough to get a medical marijuana card can legally get all potted up. Tax revenues from marijuana sales will have to be dedicated to hiring more police officers.
