Eric Olson: Bee casting stones at city workers who run errands
Re “Modesto employees working hard – or hardly working?” (Front page, Oct. 30): I’m glad The Bee has taken the time to investigate those wastewaters workers who waste time while at work! It must have been a really slow news day at The Bee to use all those reporters and informants to root out the culprits. Of course, with nothing else going on in the world worth reporting on – like immigration, ISIS, Iraq, Putin, Clinton’s emails, and a major election just days away – The Bee goes after the really tough, hard-hitting stories like city workers.
Library workers better watch out, they might be next.
It goes without saying The Bee workers have never taken a long lunch or gone to a store during working hours. I’m sure that has never happened.
