Des Orsinelli: Vote for a representative who recognizes warming – Eggman
At a recent conference on the future of California’s water, Bill Patzert (climate scientist for the NASA) said: “So what’s going to drive California water in the future? The No. 1 thing in 2050 and 2100 will be global warming, and ag and aquifer depletion will be No. 2.” He then said: “Global warming is the real deal. It’s not an opinion, it’s not a rumor, it’s not a liberal conspiracy. It’s what’s called a scientific fact, so get over it. It’s real, factor it in.”
If life is sacred, and the real security of the valley is what we care about, there’s only one choice for congress – Michael Eggman. Jeff Denham, at best, ignores the science and leaves addressing our valley’s problems to our children. That’s wrong.
