Turlock has had a long history of civic-minded men and women who have dedicated their time and talents to give us the city we have today. Those who have served have done so out of their commitment to the betterment of community, not due to political opportunism. We believe Steven Nascimento fits into the category of service before self. Steven’s core belief that a city should benefit all of its citizens, not a select few, has been demonstrated in the four years he has served on the city council.
