James A. McKay: Job creation isn’t charity; employers come out ahead
There appears to be some sort of a movement to grant sainthood to the job creators in this country. Let it be made perfectly clear, that in all cases in the private sector no employee is ever hired with the expectation that he or she will produce fewer dollars than he or she will cost. The sole purpose of the hiring anyone is to increase the net worth of the employer through the use of the body and mind of the person hired.
