Paul Rigmaiden: Prayers for Dallas

I grieve for the loss of life in Minnesota, Baton Rouge, Dallas, and Tennessee this week. To that end, we should honor the fallen. Pray for and support their families. All of them are all of us. The gun violence has to stop. The killing must stop. The hate and prejudice must end. We have to move forward, to evolve. This means we have to bring an end to the longstanding structures and attitudes in society that act as barriers to opportunity and advancement in education, employment, housing, and entrepreneurship. We must stand together for truth, justice, peace, love, and community. There is a common ground on which we can all stand. We must never stop looking for it.
