Michael Hamiel: Can’t cushion the blow from NBA fine
Los Angeles Clippers guard Austin Rivers was fined $25,000 by the NBA for throwing a seat cushion described as being “pillow like” into the stands and hit a fan, even though he yelled out an apology in the general direction of where the cushion landed. Can you imagine the fine if the cushion had still been attached to the seat?
