Simon Hart: Those who broke the law brought back diseases

Re “Mandatory vaccine bill clears its first committee” (Page A8, April 9): The state legislature is going to pass a law requiring law-abiding citizens to vaccinate their children because individuals who are in violation of the law (undocumented immigrants) have reintroduced diseases which had been eradicated through voluntary vaccinations into the population. What happened to my state?
