Graduation 2020: Central Valley High student list, words from students, principal
School Name: Central Valley High School
Number of graduates: 445
Valedictorians: Favio Gonzalez and Enrique Martinez
Words from ASB President Joel Rodriguez: “I can tell you with complete confidence that one of the things I will remember the most, are the laughs and all the bright and New things I did with my friends. These people are the ones that have lived life with me throughout my High School career. Of course, my mom, too, for supporting every idea and steps I took and that unconditional mother’s love. Senior Year was a bit strange here at the end, but regardless of that, I know I enjoyed it to the fullest. I will miss waking up in the morning to decorate our campus on Spirit Fridays, and definitely miss taking part in planning events and being backstage helping out those that needed my help. I was always involved in school clubs and events, and Senior year was no exception so I will really miss working for my community and peers daily. I had an amazing circle around me that helped me take decisions and advise me during my time as President and those are special to me as well. Our Leadership Program was a leading example and always at the cutting edge of greatness. Making CV a place where students want to be!”
Words from Principal Carol Lubinsky: “These students have overcome challenges we hadn’t even thought were possible. If they can keep the same perseverance and optimism they’ve exhibited this year, as they move onto the next stage in their life, they will be positive contributors to our world. I have no doubt that the class of 2020 will make our world great for all of us.”
