Playful polar bear cub showers mom with affection. See the ‘heart melting’ moment
A polar bear cub was captured playfully snuggling its mom in Canada, heartwarming video shows.
It shows the snow white cub crawling all over its mom’s belly as she rests in the snow and giving her little kisses and baby bear nibbles on her face. At one point, she gently pushes back against her baby with a giant paw, then squeezes the cub in a big bear hug.
“Kisses. Moms understand,” wildlife photographer and tour guide Drew Hamilton said in the caption. He posted the video to his Instagram page Feb. 4.
The tour guiding company gives “ground level” polar bear and Northern Lights photography tours in Churchill, Manitoba, a town along the province’s northeastern coast.
“Insane footage,” someone said in the comments. “Completely adorable.”
Several others also chimed in about how cute they found the video.
“Heart melting,” someone said.
Another person said they “absolutely melted” when they saw the video.
“How caring, patient and loving that muma bear is,” another person said.
