With just under a minute left in regulation in a must-win game for Leominster High School in Massachusetts on Nov. 6, one player managed to make a remarkable kick that would end up taking the crowd’s breath away.

Down 1-0, Leominster soccer player Leo Giglio set up a free kick from 68 yards away from Framingham’s net after being fouled, Boston 25 News reported.

What came next will send chills down the spine of sports lovers everywhere.

The video was shared by the Leominster Athletics Department and quickly made an impression.

Great goal! But an even better surname. This kid is going places!” one person tweeted.

“I just saw a clip of Justin Tucker hit a 70 yd field goal in warmups. This is way more impressive. Wow!” another said.

“Absolutely insane goal!” one person said.

The spectacular kick ended up forcing extra time, and Leominster won 2-1. Though they were able to keep their postseason alive thanks to Giglio’s foot, the Blue Devils’ playoff run was cut short after losing to the Franklin Panthers 2-0 on Nov. 10.
