Turlock police looking for two suspects in fatal shooting at motel
Turlock police are looking for a man and a woman in connection with a fatal shooting outside a motel on North Golden State Boulevard on Wednesday night.
The Turlock man was shot at the Venice Motel just after 10 p.m., according to police spokeswoman Deandra Wiley.
Officers were on scene within a minute of the shooting being reported, she said.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries. He was identified by the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office Thursday as 51-year-old Ralph Vigil.
Detectives determined there are at least two suspects, one male and one female, Wiley said. The suspect identities and a motive have not been determined.
